Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces
- Perform detailed room cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring proper laundering and restocking
- Report maintenance issues and assist with minor repairs as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
