Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high hospitality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, lobbies, and resort facilities.
- Manage inventory and distribution of resort linen, towels, and guest amenities.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored according to resort protocols.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a personalized hospitality experience.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the front office team to manage room turnovers efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in hospitality.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of working well both independently and as part of a team.
