Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of all guest areas, common facilities, and back-of-house spaces to meet company standards.
- Ensure high-quality presentation of rooms, including bed making, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Manage the replenishment of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities efficiently.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the facility management team immediately.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of cleaning carts and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in special deep-cleaning projects as scheduled by management.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests or team members.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet daily operational targets.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
