As a key player in our short-term rental operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our units are pristine, welcoming, and ready for every guest arrival.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and common areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities to ensure a fresh experience for every stay.
- Conduct detailed inspections of units to identify and report any maintenance issues or damages.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels efficiently.
- Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and supply closets, keeping track of inventory levels.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra supplies or assistance with room-related needs.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure all units are ready prior to check-in times.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Room Attendant, preferably in a hotel or condotel setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and a reliable, punctual work ethic.
- Basic communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required by the hospitality schedule.
- Knowledge of proper handling of cleaning chemicals and sanitization protocols.
