Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms and common areas to luxury standards
- Perform detailed room cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Change linens and towels while ensuring all rooms meet brand specifications
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low occupancy periods
- Coordinate with front desk staff for room status updates and guest requests
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 15kg
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
