Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of all guest areas, restrooms, and common spaces to meet hygiene standards.
- Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are dusted, polished, and maintained in excellent condition.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Maintain laundry standards, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels as required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or staff instructions regarding cleanliness.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues.
- Deep clean specific areas on a rotating schedule to ensure long-term maintenance of the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in a hotel, villa, or restaurant setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and cleaning equipment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kuta Utara, Bali.
