  • Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 4/5-star hotel
  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
  • Proficiency in property management systems
  • Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
  • Valid hospitality certification preferred
