- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all guest rooms and public areas
- Manage master keys and walkie-talkies, maintaining accurate records of all movements
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 4/5-star hotel
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Valid hospitality certification preferred
