Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality control.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Assign tasks and schedules to team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare daily reports on room status and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in housekeeping is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and hotel management software.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
