SotoGrande Hotel & Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bacolod City. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our resort.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel areas
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards
- Conduct regular room inspections to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation
- Manage housekeeping supplies inventory and coordinate ordering as needed
- Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services professionally
- Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure smooth operational flow
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with hygiene standards
- Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hotel management degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping or related field
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to perform duties requiring standing and walking for extended periods
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with property management systems is advantageous
