Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and amenities to verify cleanliness and maintenance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding cleanliness or room service promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Desk and Maintenance, to address room readiness issues.
- Develop and implement schedules to optimize staff productivity during peak seasons.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related role within the hotel industry.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
