Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement daily work schedules and staff assignments to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Train and onboard new housekeeping staff on company procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service excellence.
- Handle staff concerns and resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, maintenance reports, and attendance logs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in housekeeping or hotel management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality/janitorial industry.
- In-depth knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle cleaning equipment and perform on-site inspections.
