Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to enforce strict quality standards and hygiene protocols.
- Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company service standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally to ensure guest retention.
- Prepare work schedules and shift assignments for the housekeeping team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- Fluency in English is preferred; local language skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks efficiently.
