As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead our housekeeping team by example, overseeing daily cleaning operations, inventory management, and quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
- Conduct regular room and facility inspections to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, reporting shortages to management.
- Train and mentor new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and guest service excellence.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding room status, maintenance requests, and VIP arrivals.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Prepare daily shift reports and attendance logs for housekeeping staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar leadership role in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment usage.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good command of English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of hospitality management software (PMS) is a significant advantage.
