The successful candidate will oversee the daily housekeeping operations, manage staff productivity, and uphold the highest sanitation standards. We are looking for an individual who leads by example, is comfortable working on the floor, and possesses the technical knowledge to streamline cleaning processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular room inspections to verify quality control and guest readiness.
- Train and mentor new team members on cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to manage room turnarounds efficiently.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor performance against established operational goals.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a hotel or resort housekeeping department.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- A hands-on approach to work; willing to assist with cleaning tasks during peak demand.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hotel and Restaurant Management is a strong plus.
