We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced leader to oversee our housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of housekeeping staff, conduct inspections, and coordinate room turnovers efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain impeccable hygiene and aesthetics.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to enhance service quality and team performance.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests related to room amenities promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimize coverage during peak occupancy periods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy for managing checklists and reporting.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Valid BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan) records preferred.
