Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations for 16 luxury villas to maintain premium cleanliness standards
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve performance targets
- Manage inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests related to housekeeping services
- Prepare work schedules and assign daily tasks efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record in quality control and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and eco-friendly practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken/written)
- Physical stamina to perform walking and standing duties throughout the property
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
