Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff while conducting performance evaluations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment through cost-effective procurement and storage
- Coordinate with maintenance departments for timely repairs and preventive maintenance
- Implement and audit quality control procedures to exceed brand expectations
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping techniques and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and budget control
- Problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
