Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Lead, train, and schedule housekeeping staff while monitoring performance metrics
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk departments for seamless operations
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns
- Develop efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping management experience in 4-5 star hotels
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and scheduling systems
- Physical ability to perform inspections in various areas
