Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and inspect the daily cleaning operations of guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met.
- Train, motivate, and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high service levels and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team to manage room status, maintenance requests, and VIP arrivals.
- Conduct regular inventory checks for cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Monitor and address maintenance issues promptly by coordinating with the Engineering department.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all hotel areas.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage team schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, chemical safety, and cleaning equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
