Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas maintain cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team performance
- Conduct regular quality inspections and address deficiencies
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance departments
- Implement efficient cleaning procedures and schedules
- Handle guest requests and special cleaning requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
