Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.
  • Conduct rigorous inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public facilities to ensure strict compliance with brand cleanliness standards.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff, fostering a highly motivated and professional team environment.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce safety, health, and hygiene regulations among all team members.
  • Report maintenance defects and coordinate with the engineering department for timely repairs.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a premium hotel or serviced residence.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic to conversational English proficiency is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of housekeeping cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
