Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.
- Conduct rigorous inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public facilities to ensure strict compliance with brand cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff, fostering a highly motivated and professional team environment.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to optimize operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Enforce safety, health, and hygiene regulations among all team members.
- Report maintenance defects and coordinate with the engineering department for timely repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a premium hotel or serviced residence.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic to conversational English proficiency is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
