Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure premium cleanliness standards.
- Conduct thorough daily inspections of common areas, restrooms, and operational zones to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols, cleaning techniques, and guest service standards.
- Prepare and manage work schedules, leave requests, and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Handle maintenance requests and report facility issues to the engineering department promptly.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities and prepare daily performance reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end property management industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office) for reporting and scheduling.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
