Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain resort standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations
- Prepare performance reports and manage departmental budgets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in housekeeping with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of hospitality cleaning standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer systems for scheduling and reporting
- Physical ability to perform inspections and assist in cleaning duties
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
