Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing procurement processes
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure optimal coverage
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and collaborate with other departments for seamless service
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality, with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage teams and develop staff skills effectively
- Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety standards, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in English with ability to train diverse teams
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks and stand for extended periods
- Relevant certification in hospitality management preferred
