Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities and staff assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Train, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high performance and morale.
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues regarding room cleanliness promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
