Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and train the housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages or needs.
- Ensure all laundry operations are carried out efficiently and hygienically.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or requests regarding cleanliness promptly.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to report and repair any damages in rooms.
- Implement and maintain strict health and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
