Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily housekeeping operations including staff scheduling and task allocation
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular quality inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage
- Address guest concerns and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures aligned with international standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for coordinated service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping supervisory role within hospitality
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling and reporting systems
