- Oversee and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or requesting replenishments.
- Assign tasks and create work schedules efficiently to optimize workflow and coverage.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all safety protocols and hygiene regulations are strictly followed throughout the property.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
