- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all guest rooms and public areas
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Address guest feedback promptly and implement corrective actions
- Schedule staff assignments and optimize workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proficient in housekeeping management software and inventory systems
