Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and common areas
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health standards
- Resolve guest requests and operational issues promptly
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in hospitality
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in housekeeping equipment and chemical usage
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management
