Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to enhance productivity and guest service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and linen rooms.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and linens to minimize waste.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding room cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for room readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and knowledge of chemical handling safety.
- Detail-oriented approach with a high standard of personal grooming.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is preferred.
- Relevant certification in hospitality management is a plus.
