Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all guest rooms and public areas
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high performance standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies efficiently to maintain operational continuity
- Conduct regular quality inspections to uphold sanitation and presentation standards
- Resolve guest concerns related to room cleanliness and amenities promptly
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for coordinated service delivery
- Implement and maintain safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 4/5-star hotel or resort
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventory control, and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages are advantageous
- Physical ability to perform inspections and move throughout the property
