- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain impeccable standards.
- Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory to prevent shortages and wastage.
- Assign daily tasks and schedules to team members based on occupancy levels and priorities.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests related to room cleanliness or amenities promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the front office and maintenance teams to resolve any room-related issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software or systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid SPM or Diploma qualification in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
