Colliers is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at a high-profile Data Center facility in Karawang. In this critical role, you will lead the cleaning operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, which is essential for the reliability and performance of mission-critical data hall infrastructure.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of cleaning personnel, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and site-specific procedures required in a specialized data center environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of sensitive areas, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring that all environmental standards are consistently met to support zero-downtime operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the housekeeping team to maintain superior cleanliness standards in data halls, white spaces, and common areas.
- Develop and implement routine cleaning schedules to prevent dust and debris accumulation that could impact server hardware.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with facility management regarding maintenance needs and equipment malfunctions within the cleaning department.
- Manage the procurement and inventory control of specialized cleaning supplies and equipment suitable for high-tech environments.
- Enforce strict security and access protocols, ensuring all team members follow data center safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily or weekly performance reports regarding site cleanliness and team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or data center environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a cleaning team effectively.
- Knowledge of professional cleaning standards, chemical safety, and specialized cleaning equipment.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a high-security, technical work environment.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts if required by the facility schedule.
- Demonstrated reliability and a proactive approach to solving site cleanliness challenges.
