In this pivotal role, you will be the lead coordinator for cleaning vendors, ensuring that the RTS (Rapid Transit System) stations, ICQ complexes, and depot facilities meet world-class standards of cleanliness and safety for 24/7 rail operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor daily cleaning operations performed by external vendors across RTS stations, ICQ, and depot areas.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to established cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with facility management to resolve maintenance issues and report urgent structural concerns.
- Manage vendor performance metrics and ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Implement and oversee 24/7 cleaning schedules, adjusting for peak passenger traffic and operational demands.
- Maintain comprehensive records of cleaning supplies, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Provide training and guidance to cleaning personnel to improve service quality and safety awareness.
- Prepare incident reports and operational summaries for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, facilities management, or a related cleaning services field.
- Proven track record in managing third-party cleaning vendors or large operational teams.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (HSE) standards and chemical handling.
- Ability to work shift patterns suitable for a 24/7 rail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English, with the ability to manage conflict effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for reporting and email correspondence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Relevant certification in Facility Management or Cleaning Supervision is highly regarded.
