Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure they meet 4-star property quality benchmarks.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to room attendants and housekeeping staff.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficiency in daily workflows.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare and update duty rosters and work schedules for the housekeeping team.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to manage room status and VIP arrivals.
- Monitor safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Deep understanding of professional housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest interactions effectively.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (no overnights) and handle flexible scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining property excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certification in Hospitality or Housekeeping operations is a plus.
