Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all resort areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and service standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Address guest concerns and special requests promptly
- Develop work schedules and assign duties to team members
- Collaborate with maintenance and guest services departments
- Implement sustainable housekeeping practices and waste reduction initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience with 1+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety standards, and eco-friendly practices
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for extended standing and movement
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English and local dialects
