Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization standards are consistently met
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff through performance coaching and skill development
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality benchmarks
- Manage housekeeping inventory, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance within budget constraints
- Implement efficient scheduling and task delegation to optimize team productivity
- Address guest concerns and special requests promptly to enhance satisfaction scores
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate deep cleaning projects and maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of managing housekeeping teams in hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and safety standards
