We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Technician to join our facilities team in Bukit Chagar, Johor. In this vital role, you will be the frontline guardian of cleanliness and safety for the RTS (Rapid Transit System) stations and depot areas.
As a Housekeeping Technician, you will go beyond routine cleaning. You will act as an onsite coordinator, monitoring vendor performance, conducting thorough site inspections, and proactively addressing hygiene or maintenance issues to ensure a world-class environment for commuters. This position requires a proactive mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a 24/7 operational environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inspections of RTS stations, platforms, and depot areas to ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards.
- Supervise and evaluate the work performance of external cleaning vendors to ensure contractual compliance.
- Proactively identify and report facility maintenance or safety hazards for immediate rectification.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc hygiene or cleaning requests arising from 24/7 operations.
- Coordinate with facility management teams to streamline housekeeping schedules during high-traffic periods.
- Maintain comprehensive records of cleaning checklists and site audit reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent certification; vocational training in Facilities Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in commercial housekeeping, facility maintenance, or hospitality operations.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
- Strong observation skills with a keen eye for cleanliness and safety deficiencies.
- Good command of written and spoken Malay and English.
- Physically fit and able to navigate station and depot environments safely.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with vendors and operational staff.
