You will handle everything from housekeeping management and laundry services to intuitive butler duties that anticipate guest needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough housekeeping duties, ensuring villas are spotlessly maintained and aesthetically inviting.
- Provide proactive butler services, including guest check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, and personalized recommendations.
- Manage villa laundry, linen, and amenity inventory to ensure consistent availability.
- Maintain high-level interior and exterior cleanliness standards, including private pools and garden lounge areas.
- Anticipate guest requirements and handle special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor villa supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues immediately to the management team.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for international and domestic guests through exceptional hospitality etiquette.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Butler, or Room Attendant in a luxury villa or hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of professional cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing 'white glove' service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by property operations.
- A warm, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
