Ilotproperti is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to maintain the luxury standards of our villa properties in Kuta Utara, Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our guests experience an immaculate, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of villa interiors, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Ensure all villa amenities are stocked, arranged, and presented according to company standards.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing of linens and guest towels.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in perfect condition for guest arrivals.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to report any damages or repairs needed immediately.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and sanitation across all assigned villa areas.
- Provide professional, friendly, and discreet service to villa guests when required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably within the hospitality or villa management sector.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, honest, and possess a proactive work attitude.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if necessary.
- Physical stamina to handle routine housekeeping tasks.
