Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas, guest corridors, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist with guest luggage transportation and timely delivery to rooms
- Support housekeeping operations by replenishing supplies and preparing rooms
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Perform deep cleaning tasks during low-occupancy periods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel housekeeping or support roles
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 20kg
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Strong communication skills in English with ability to understand guest needs
- Valid work permit for Singapore
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
