- Research and analyze houseware market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for houseware products based on quality and value
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with seasonal promotions and inventory targets
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor sales performance and inventory turnover to optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with merchandising team on product development and assortment planning
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical sourcing practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in buying or merchandising within retail/consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales trends
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of houseware product categories and industry standards
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong written communication skills
