Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily retail store operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of retail staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure the store environment meets merchandising standards and reflects our houseware brand.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to optimize supply chain and logistics processes.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or houseware management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent understanding of inventory control systems and retail logistics.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software (POS/ERP).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Purwokerto Selatan.
