PT Prismaco Jaya Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HP Executive Assistant (Account Officer) to join our expanding team in Cikarang. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our partnership with HP, responsible for driving the sales of high-performance printing solutions and comprehensive IT services to our corporate clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for HP printing hardware and IT solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts in the Cikarang area, providing professional consultations and product demonstrations.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry engagement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding HP’s latest printing innovations and IT service offerings.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to the unique business requirements of each client.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT hardware or office solutions industry.
- Deep understanding of the Cikarang industrial market is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software usage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the designated area.
