Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct market research and active canvassing to identify new business opportunities in the Tangerang area.
  • Promote and sell MFP products and IT Services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer retention.
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and track sales performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of IT services and equipment support.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or executive assistance is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license is an added advantage for local travel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
