Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in atmospheric science, climate physics, computational science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with HPC environments and large‑scale climate or weather modelling (e.g., WRF, CESM, NEMO).
  • Strong programming skills in Fortran, Python, and familiarity with parallel libraries (MPI, OpenMP, CUDA).
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, batch job schedulers (SLURM, PBS), and workflow managers.
  • Understanding of data assimilation techniques and NetCDF/HDF5 data formats.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a multicultural research setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
