Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update employee records and database systems with high accuracy.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support payroll administration and ensure timely documentation of attendance and leave.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate internal company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and internal correspondence.
- Handle general HR inquiries from staff and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or HR function is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
