Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain employee attendance records, leave applications, and personnel files.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate and maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a productive work environment.
- Prepare and process HR reports, including payroll assistance and monthly statistics.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset and a professional demeanor.
