Suka Espresso is seeking a dedicated HR Admin (Daily Worker) to support our human resources operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment and administrative processes, ensuring that our team continues to grow with the best talent in the industry.

You will work closely with the management team to handle end-to-end recruitment cycles, from the initial sourcing of candidates to the final stages of coordination. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and prospective applicants.
  • Maintain and update the internal candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
  • Prepare administrative documents and employment-related correspondence.
  • Support the HR department with daily operational tasks and record-keeping.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth staffing workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Admin, Recruitment Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
